5 W Betz — online casino, live tables and sports

The licence behind 5 W Betz

5 W Betz is an online casino and sportsbook where slots, live dealer tables and sports markets share one account and one balance. The site is operated by Velona Holdings SRL and holds an Anjouan licence, number ALSI-112405005-FI1. The account currency is the euro.

The licence sits with the operator, not with any single game. It covers how we take deposits, how we settle bets, how bonus terms are written and how disputes are handled. The number is public, so anyone can look it up before signing up. Nothing on the site runs outside it.

Fair play comes from the software rather than from us. Slots and live tables are built and hosted by the studios that supply them, and results are settled on their servers. We cannot alter a spin, a card or a wheel after it has been dealt. When a round is queried, the game history kept by the studio is what settles the answer, and we work from that record.

How we handle your account details

We ask for the details needed to run an account and pay you: your name, date of birth, an email address, a phone number and a payment method. Nothing beyond that is required to play.

Verification happens before your first withdrawal, not at sign-up, so you can look around first. At that point we ask for photo identification and a document showing your address. Payment proof is sometimes added when a card or wallet needs matching to your name. Documents are checked by our team and then stored, not passed to anyone selling marketing lists.

Account pages and payment forms run over an encrypted connection. Keep your password to yourself, use one that is not repeated elsewhere, and tell support straight away if you think someone else has reached your account.

Slots in the 5 W Betz lobby

Slots are the largest part of the library. There are more than 5,400 titles from over 56 studios, which is enough that the search box and the category menu on the left matter more than scrolling. Games are grouped by studio, by newness and by how often players open them.

Titles that stay busy include Book of Ra, Gold Rush With Johnny Cash, Forbidden Alchemy, Laced and Smoking Dragon. Every game carries its own rules page with the paytable, the feature list and the stake range, and it is worth opening that page before the first spin. Stakes start small on most titles, so a session can be sized to whatever you brought.

Part of the lobby	What it holds	Studios behind it
Slots	The biggest group, with more than 5,400 titles	Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO
Live casino	Dealer tables streamed in real time	Evolution Gaming
Table games	Roulette, blackjack and card games against software	Pragmatic Play, NetEnt
Recent releases	Newer additions from smaller studios	Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, PG Soft, BGaming, Playson

Live tables and card games

The live floor is run by Evolution Gaming, with dealers filmed in a studio and streamed to your screen. Roulette, blackjack and baccarat make up the bulk of it, and there are hundreds of tables open across a normal evening. You bet from the panel on screen, the dealer works at a real table, and the round settles in front of you.

Each table shows its minimum and maximum stake before you sit down, so you can pick one that fits your budget instead of finding out after joining. Seats on popular blackjack tables fill up, and bet-behind lets you back another player's hand when they do.

Away from the live floor there are software table games that deal instantly and run at your own pace. They suit anyone learning the rules of blackjack or a roulette bet type, because nothing pushes you to act inside a timer. The same games sit under the table category, so switching between the two is quick.

How deposits work

Deposits are made from the cashier once you are logged in. Pick a method, type the amount in euros and confirm it on whatever screen your provider shows. The balance updates in the account you deposited from, and every figure across the site is shown in euros, so there is no conversion step to work out.

Method	Type	What to know
Visa, Mastercard	Card	Runs through the bank that issued the card
Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity	E-wallet	You fund the wallet first, then pay from it
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut	App payment	Paid from a card or account already set up in the app
Trustly, bank transfer	Bank	Money moves straight from a bank account
paysafecard	Prepaid voucher	Bought in advance and spent by entering its code
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Ripple	Crypto	Sent from your own wallet over its own network

Use a method held in your own name. A card or wallet belonging to someone else will hold up verification later, and that is the slowest way to learn the rule. If a deposit does not show within a few minutes, keep the reference from your provider and send it to support rather than paying twice.

Cashing out and the limits that apply

The minimum withdrawal is €50. Requests are made from the same cashier page, and the first one is only released after your documents have been approved, so getting verification done early saves waiting later.

Most requests are handled within a day. Some take up to a few business days when a check is still open or when the payment provider on the other side is slow, and you can see the state of a request in your account history the whole time. Where the rules allow it, money goes back to the method you paid in with, which is why a wallet is usually quicker than a card.

Two things hold up a payout more than anything else: documents that do not match the account name, and an open bonus with wagering still to clear. Both are easy to sort before you ask for the money.

Reaching our team

Support runs on live chat and email, and both are staffed around the clock. Live chat is the faster of the two and sits behind the chat icon once you are logged in. Email suits anything that needs documents or a long explanation attached.

You will get an answer sooner if the first message carries what we need:

• The email address the account is registered to
• The date and time something happened, and the amount in euros
• The game name or the payment reference, whichever applies
• A screenshot if there was an error on screen

Agents can check your account, a game round, a payment or a bonus balance. They cannot change the result of a settled round, and they will not ask for your password. Nobody from our team ever needs it, so treat any such request as a warning sign and report it.

Playing from a phone browser

The site runs in a phone browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update. Open the address in Safari, Chrome or whichever browser you use, sign in, and the lobby rebuilds itself for a smaller screen. The category menu that sits down the left on a computer folds into a button at the top.

Slots from the newer studios are built for a phone first, and they play in portrait with the spin button under your thumb. Live tables work best turned sideways, because the bet layout on roulette needs the extra width. Video quality drops on a weak signal instead of dropping the stream, so a train journey is survivable.

Deposits are quicker on a phone than anywhere else when Apple Pay or Google Pay is already set up on the handset. Your account, balance, history and bonus progress are the same whichever device you sign in from, so you can start a session on a laptop and finish it on a phone.

Loyalty levels and how you climb them

The loyalty programme works off the wagers you place rather than the money you deposit. Play in the normal way and your standing moves up on its own, with no fee to join and nothing to apply for. Higher standing is what unlocks rakeback on your betting, and rakeback is paid on turnover whether the session went well or badly.

Alongside that there are daily tournaments, including the Drops & Wins events run by Pragmatic Play, where prize pools are shared out between players who hit the target on qualifying slots. Sports bettors get free bets of up to 35%, and there is a reload bonus each Sunday. More than twenty promotions run at any one time, and the promotions page lists which of them your account currently qualifies for.

Weekly cashback at 5 W Betz

Cashback is the part of the programme that regular players notice most. It is calculated weekly, at up to 25%, and the exact rate you get depends on your standing in the loyalty programme and on how the week went.

A few points are worth knowing before you count on it:

• It is worked out on the week just gone, not on a single session
• The rate rises with loyalty standing rather than with one big bet
• The terms attached are published with each week's offer
• It arrives in euros, like every other figure on the site

Cashback is money back on play that has already happened, so it is best treated as a small softening of a losing week rather than a reason to keep betting. It will never turn a bad run into a good one, and no promotion here is built to do that.

Limits, breaks and where to get help

Accounts are for adults only, and we check age as part of verification. Anyone who cannot prove they are old enough to gamble where they live will not be paid out, so there is no point trying.

The tools sit in your account settings and take a moment to switch on:

• Deposit limits set by day, week or month
• Loss and wager limits that cap what a period can cost you
• Session reminders that tell you how long you have been playing
• A time-out that closes the account for a short cooling-off period
• Self-exclusion for a longer or permanent break

A limit takes effect straight away when you lower it, and a raise waits out a delay before it applies. That gap is deliberate, because the moment you want a higher limit is rarely the moment to have one. Support can apply any of these for you if you would rather not do it yourself.

Gambling is entertainment paid for out of money you can afford to lose, never a way to earn or to cover a debt. If it has stopped feeling that way, free and confidential help is available from Gamblers Anonymous at https://www.gamblersanonymous.org.

Common questions about 5 W Betz

Who is allowed to open an account?

You must be over the legal gambling age that applies where you live, and able to prove it with photo identification. One account per person, per household and per payment method. Duplicate accounts are closed, and any balance on them is returned to the deposit method rather than paid out.

What can I deposit with?

Cards from Visa and Mastercard, e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut, bank payments through Trustly or a plain transfer, paysafecard vouchers, and crypto in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether or Ripple. The method has to be held in your own name.

How does the welcome offer work?

It is spread over your first three deposits rather than paid all at once. Each of those deposits is matched by a percentage of the amount you put in, and free spins come with the package as well. Wagering has to be cleared before bonus money can be withdrawn. The current percentages, the spin count, the wagering figure and the maximum bet allowed while wagering are all shown on the offer itself, so read that page before you claim it.

How quickly is a withdrawal paid?

The minimum is €50, and most requests are handled within a day. Some run to a few business days when verification is still open or the receiving provider is slow. Getting your documents approved before you first request money is what keeps the wait short.

Does everything work on a phone?

Yes. The site runs in a phone browser with no download, and the lobby, cashier, account settings and live tables all work on a small screen. Live roulette is easier turned sideways because of the bet layout.

Is there a mascot or a story theme behind the name?

No, and that is on purpose. 5 W Betz is a plain wordmark rather than a character or a storyline. The design is light, the background is close to white and the categories run down the left, so the games carry the colour instead of the furniture around them.

Getting started

Opening an account takes a few minutes: register with your email, confirm your details, and fund the balance from the cashier with whichever method above suits you. Sort your verification documents on the same day, while you are already thinking about it, and your first withdrawal will not sit waiting.

From there the whole library is open, from slots and live tables to the sports markets on the same balance. Set a deposit limit before your first session, decide what the evening is worth to you, and play at that level.
